How Our Tutoring Sessions Work
Give your child the support they need with one-on-one virtual tutoring tailored to their level, pace, and goals. Whether they need to master grade-level skills, go beyond the classroom, or prepare for an assessment, we create a plan to help them succeed.
Before Each Session
Students set up in a quiet space with materials and headphones, then log in via the meeting link to connect with their instructor in real time.
After You Enroll
You will receive:
• A scheduling link to book sessions at times that work for you
• An intake form and consultation to understand your child’s strengths and needs
• Access to a private Google Classroom with lesson materials, assignments, feedback, and a pinned Google Meet link. Parents are added as Guardians for regular updates.

How Our Pricing Works
Our single-session rate is $75, with package pricing designed to encourage ongoing learning through steady practice. We value consistency because it is the key to lasting progress. We recommend a monthly subscription until your child’s goals are met to ensure skills stick and confidence grows. Space is limited and sessions are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials will my child need?
Your child will need a quiet space, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop or tablet), reliable internet, and headphones. Headphones are required to protect session privacy and minimize distractions. We’ll also use a notebook and pencil for math work.
What if we miss a session?
Life happens! You’ll be able to reschedule sessions within the summer window based on available openings. And don’t worry, your 10 sessions never expire. If needed, we will continue scheduling beyond August 11 to ensure your child receives every session.
What if we’re traveling or have an unpredictable summer schedule?
This 10 session program is designed to fit your family’s rhythm. Sessions can be spaced out as much as needed or booked close together depending on your schedule. As long as there is an open time slot on the calendar it is available to reserve. If you need to cancel or reschedule we simply ask that you make the change at least 24 hours in advance so the session can open back up for another student.
Is this aligned with my child’s school?
Yes. The program is designed to reflect grade-level expectations and core math standards. We tailor sessions based on what your child will be learning next year, using trusted, widely used resources that support school success.
Can I enroll multiple children?
Absolutely. Siblings can each register for their upcoming grade level and schedule their own individual sessions.
Is this program just review?
Not at all. This is a curriculum preview, designed to introduce key concepts before the school year begins, helping your child stay ahead and feel confident.
