At Hop Ahead, we understand that every child learns differently. That’s why our flexible tutoring plans are designed to fit your family’s schedule and your child’s unique learning style, pace, and goals. Whether they need support mastering grade-level skills, a challenge beyond the classroom, or extra guidance preparing for upcoming assessments, we’re here to help them thrive.
Once you purchase a tutoring package, you’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions at your convenience. You’ll also receive a brief intake form to share your child’s strengths, learning needs, and preferences, so we can tailor each session for maximum impact.
What You’re Getting
Each plan includes live 1:1 virtual sessions with a certified educator in reading, writing, science or math (your choice of subject). Sessions are 60 minutes each and fully personalized.
Scheduling Options
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a private link to schedule your sessions at your convenience.
Subscribe for consistency: Choose a weekly or monthly cadence that fits your routine (e.g., 1x/week or 2x/month).
Plan ahead: You can schedule all sessions in advance or book as you go, it's up to you.
Reschedule anytime with 24-hour notice We’re flexible, but we plan carefully to reserve your spot. If a spot is open on the calendar, it is yours to reserve.

No expiration: Once purchased, your sessions are yours to use. They never expire.
Cancel anytime: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials will my child need?
Your child will need a quiet space, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop or tablet), reliable internet, and headphones. Headphones are required to protect session privacy and minimize distractions. We’ll also use a notebook and pencil for math work.
What if we miss a session?
Life happens! You’ll be able to reschedule sessions within the summer window based on available openings. And don’t worry, your 10 sessions never expire. If needed, we will continue scheduling beyond August 11 to ensure your child receives every session.
What if we’re traveling or have an unpredictable summer schedule?
This 10 session program is designed to fit your family’s rhythm. Sessions can be spaced out as much as needed or booked close together depending on your schedule. As long as there is an open time slot on the calendar it is available to reserve. If you need to cancel or reschedule we simply ask that you make the change at least 24 hours in advance so the session can open back up for another student.
Is this aligned with my child’s school?
Yes. The program is designed to reflect grade-level expectations and core math standards. We tailor sessions based on what your child will be learning next year, using trusted, widely used resources that support school success.
Can I enroll multiple children?
Absolutely. Siblings can each register for their upcoming grade level and schedule their own individual sessions.
Is this program just review?
Not at all. This is a curriculum preview, designed to introduce key concepts before the school year begins, helping your child stay ahead and feel confident.
