This is not homework help. It is a commitment to steady growth, progress monitoring, and academic accountability that builds lasting skills over the school year. These are the practice sessions and repetitions that strengthen foundations, provide clear data, and drive academic success. Each session is focused, data-driven, and designed to create long-term achievement in math, science, and language arts. With consistent, targeted instruction, your child will build on each win, gaining lasting confidence and skill.
What’s Included
✔ Personalized Diagnostics
We begin with a review of all available educational data, and the student then completes the IXL Real-Time Diagnostic in math and language arts to pinpoint their skill level. We also use your child’s standardized test scores from the previous school year to help create a targeted test plan, if needed, ensuring our instruction starts exactly where it will have the most impact. This approach is especially valuable if your child is preparing for any type of standardized test throughout the year. It provides a clear starting point and shows where your child is strong and where growth is needed.
✔ Executive Function Coaching
In every session, your child will practice goal setting, planning, time management, organization, self-monitoring, and problem-solving. These are skills that build independence and confidence.
✔ Custom Skill Plan
Using IXL’s library of curriculum-aligned skill plans, we design a training path tailored to your child. Plans can align with:
• Parent goals
• TEKS, Common Core, or other state standards
• NWEA MAP Growth preparation
• STAAR, SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests
• Top textbook series like Eureka Math, Go Math, EngageNY, and more
✔ Science and Language Arts Growth
In science, we explore core concepts, build critical thinking, and practice real-world problem-solving. In language arts, we strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills. We create project-based and skill-focused lessons tailored to your child’s current level. When your child’s school curriculum is available, we integrate it to support classroom learning. If it is not available, we provide stand-alone, skill-based instruction designed to close gaps, strengthen foundational skills, and help your child advance with confidence.
✔ Progress Monitoring and Accountability
Parents receive monthly check-ins with detailed reports from IXL showing exactly how skills are improving and where the next gains are coming from.
Why It Works
Consistent academic practice is like compound interest in learning. Each session builds on the last, and over time the gains multiply. Cognitive science shows that spaced repetition and regular practice build stronger neural pathways, making skills easier to recall and apply. Executive function research shows that planning, goal setting, and self-monitoring get stronger with consistent use. Small, steady improvements create exponential growth in skill and confidence.
📅 Flexible Scheduling
Choose session times that work for your family. Students can focus on math, language arts, science, or a combination, depending on their goals and data.
💻 100% Online via Google Classroom and IXL
Every enrollment includes a full year of IXL access with a customized study plan built from your child’s diagnostic scores. All assignments, results, and communication are organized in your child’s private Google Classroom for easy access and consistent tracking. The account is fully monitored and optimized for progress, ensuring accountability and results throughout the school year.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials will my child need?
Your child will need a quiet space, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop or tablet), reliable internet, and headphones. Headphones are required to protect session privacy and minimize distractions. We’ll also use a notebook and pencil for math work.
What if we miss a session?
Life happens! You’ll be able to reschedule sessions within the summer window based on available openings. And don’t worry, your 10 sessions never expire. If needed, we will continue scheduling beyond August 11 to ensure your child receives every session.
What if we’re traveling or have an unpredictable summer schedule?
This 10 session program is designed to fit your family’s rhythm. Sessions can be spaced out as much as needed or booked close together depending on your schedule. As long as there is an open time slot on the calendar it is available to reserve. If you need to cancel or reschedule we simply ask that you make the change at least 24 hours in advance so the session can open back up for another student.
Is this aligned with my child’s school?
Yes. The program is designed to reflect grade-level expectations and core math standards. We tailor sessions based on what your child will be learning next year, using trusted, widely used resources that support school success.
Can I enroll multiple children?
Absolutely. Siblings can each register for their upcoming grade level and schedule their own individual sessions.
Is this program just review?
Not at all. This is a curriculum preview, designed to introduce key concepts before the school year begins, helping your child stay ahead and feel confident.
